Withdrawal & returns
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, it starts when the last item is received.

You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method selected by the customer are not refunded.
We normally use the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until evidence of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.

The consumer bears the direct return cost. ModeWerk bears the necessary return costs for incorrect deliveries or defective goods for which it is responsible; please contact us before sending them.
The consumer is liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return items clean, unworn and with existing tags where possible; statutory rights do not depend solely on original packaging.
Statutory exceptions
The right does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Other statutory exceptions remain applicable.
