- Austria: €9.10
- Germany: €5.50
- Other EU zones: €12.90 or €17.90 depending on the country
Shipping is free for orders of at least €50.00. The charge for the selected delivery address is displayed at checkout before ordering.
Free store collection
Orders can be collected free of charge from the offered ModeWerk stores in Glurns, Schlanders or Lana. Please wait for confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the store.
Delivery
Orders are sent with the carrier shown at checkout, in particular LP Bartolini. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. We will notify customers as soon as possible of exceptional delays.
Payment methods
Depending on the country and order, the available methods include PayPal and PrestaShop Checkout methods, Mollie and bank transfer. The selected provider’s terms also apply. Bank-transfer orders are processed after funds are received.
Incorrect or damaged delivery
Please report issues promptly to info@modewerk.it. ModeWerk bears the necessary return costs for incorrect deliveries or defective goods for which it is responsible.
